Our Team

Our team is committed to helping children in need of school assistance. If you know a child who could use a little help, get in touch with us.  Each year we will aim to pick public elementary and/or high school students in Guyana and Jamaica who could use assistance in their education from our current programs.

Our History

As first-generation college graduates, we realized we could not have accomplished this without support from our extended community.    The Myrie Foundation was formed in December 2020 and incorporated on August 20, 2021, as a result of many conversations shared with our three children in middle and high school who want to help us provide direct assistance to public schools in Guyana and Jamaica. 

Our Mission

We focus on making small changes in a selected few student’s education paths that can lead to broader growth in their communities back in Guyana and Jamaica. Together with our supporters,  we can make a small difference that can go a long way.
